The villa
Villa Porto Marzano welcomes its guests in a sophisticated building. Consisting of two apartments, “Levante” on the first floor and “Ponente” on the ground floor, it is ideal for families, small groups that can rent it or choose even only one of the two places where to spend their holidays. Between the two apartments there are an outdoor shower and a paved area equipped with sun beds, sun lounges and garden umbrellas to enjoy the pleasant sea breeze in private.

The villa’s style reflects the pleasant and welcoming Apulian atmosphere. The brightness and big places are characterised by great attention to details and equipped to ensure the most comfortable holiday. Among available services: free Wi-Fi both inside and outside, parking inside the fence, sheets and towels, equipped kitchen and possibility for guests to carry their small pets with them –upon request- with cleaning and additional surcharge.
The location
Slightly raised above the beach, it ensures guests a wonderful sea view. A staircase in the rock gives access to Porto Marzano, the most famous free beach in Monopoli. The blueness of the sea, free or pay parking available nearby, tourist attractions make it the perfect place for short or long stay for regenerating body and mind. The cozy atmosphere that you will feel as soon as you arrive at the villa, runs through the whole house, and will regenerate your body. Here, children have fun.
